MAD Leadership Foundation’s Leadership Development Programme uses the Social Change Model for Leadership to help students become strong leaders. This model encourages personal growth, social responsibility, and community involvement. It prepares young leaders to tackle South Africa’s social and economic challenges.
We are proud to recognise students like Rorisang, Maahier, and Nosiviwe. Their strength and ambition show what true leadership looks like. Their unique experiences highlight the need to prepare students for a changing world.
Through events like the Bi-Annual Leadership Summit and Leadership Forums, scholars receive hands-on training that inspires positive change in their communities. We believe these leaders will make a brighter future for South Africa and beyond.
