We hosted Silapha at the KWV Emporium in Paarl on 22 April this year.
In isiZulu, “Silapha” means “we are here,” it encapsulates our ethos of active involvement and unwavering commitment to nurturing the leaders of tomorrow. Silapha is our collective voice, recognising the potential and resilience of our scholars, even in the face of adversity. It signifies our shared journey, a testament to our scholars’ perseverance and our commitment to supporting them. Silapha echoes our mutual promise of making a difference.
The KWV Emporium served as the magnificent venue for the 2023 Silapha Art Auction, where art enthusiasts gathered to support our comprehensive scholarship program. This year, the Emporium was transformed into an elegant space, creating a captivating atmosphere for our art auction.
Silapha 2023 brought together generous guests and talented artists who shared a common goal of making a difference. The collective efforts and contributions made this day a tremendous success. We are privileged to have been part of such a beautiful experience and extend our deepest gratitude to all who made it possible.
