The theme for the summit this year is “The DNA of Collaboration,” focusing on the four key elements of collaboration as outlined in the Social Change Model of leadership development.Over the course of five days, from Monday to Friday, our scholars will engage with esteemed keynote speakers and seasoned facilitators to refine their skills in empathy, communication, trust, and conflict resolution.
